Seller Agreement

This Seller Agreement governs Sellers using https://topshelftrends.co.


1. Role of the Company

Top Shelf Trends, LLC operates solely as a marketplace facilitator.

Sellers are independent contractors and not employees or agents of the Company.


2. Seller Responsibilities

Seller agrees to:

  • Provide accurate descriptions
  • Comply with all laws
  • Fulfill Orders promptly
  • Maintain necessary licenses
  • Ensure Goods are safe and lawful

Seller is solely responsible for listed Goods.


3. Prohibited Goods

Sellers may not list:

  • Illegal goods
  • Counterfeit goods
  • Stolen goods
  • Regulated items without authorization
  • Infringing materials

We may remove listings at our discretion.


4. Fees

We may charge service fees disclosed prior to Order confirmation.

We may modify fees with notice.


5. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party processors.

We are not responsible for payment processor delays.


6. Seller Cancellations

If Seller cancels an Order:

  • Buyer will be refunded
  • Service fees may not be refunded
  • Repeated cancellations may result in suspension

7. Indemnification

Seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Top Shelf Trends, LLC from claims arising from:

  • Seller’s Goods
  • Seller’s conduct
  • Legal violations
  • Intellectual property infringement

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Seller accounts at our discretion.
