Refund & Cancellation Policy

Top Shelf Trends operates as a marketplace connecting Buyers and Sellers.


1. Buyer Cancellation

Orders may not be cancelled once placed unless the Seller agrees.

Service fees are non-refundable unless required by law.


2. Seller Cancellation

If a Seller cancels:

  • Buyer will be refunded
  • Seller may incur penalties or suspension

3. Refund Requests

Refund disputes must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to:

We review disputes at our sole discretion.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Buyer remorse
  • Minor listing description differences
  • Shipping delays outside Seller control
